“Love it! It looks so cute and it’s so versatile! Easy and quick go to style so I can protect my own hair. The reason why I give 4 stars is that the hair sheds quite a lot. I was quite shocked when washing it how many hairs came out when just swishing it in lightly shampooed water. I hope it lasts!”

“I love the Ruka Hair products. The hair is so easy to manage After years of struggling with making sense of my curls, the length of my hair, the lack of volume, I’m able to do my own hair as I wish to. I’m still learning and can’t wait to join one of the customers courses”

“I have relaxed hair that I straighten so decided to go with the think silk bundles. They straighten really well, hold a curl nicely, a bit of shedding but nothing out of the ordinary. Had experienced really bad bundles before from several other companies and have to find myself replacing them every month or so but these are so affordable and I can see them lasting a long time. I have 16” & 18” but will be ordering 14” too as I’d like my next install a bit fuller. Dispatched really fast too. Customer service always up to par.”

“The clip ins looked lovely and a good texture and nice and thick. However I ordered too long 22inch. So I have returned. Once return is complete I’ll order a shorter length.”

“LOVE THE SMELL !!!! However, the smell is not long-lasting and is very subtle; After straightening the hair and spraying the perfume I can still smell the burning smell caused by the straighteners. And it would be good if the spray nib could make the substance more like a vapour. What I mean by that is perfume droplets are quite big and cause the hair to be wet/damp which is not ideal after you have taken time to straighten it”

“I received the bundle in good time, so that’s great. Even with postal strikes. I haven’t used the hair yet but the quality looks fantastic. It looks slightly lighter than I expected but I’m sure a good hair dye can resolve that! Thanks Ruka!”

“Well from the first day of me receiving my curl clip ins I was excited to try them out and get them on. So as soon as I got home from work, that's what I done. I love the hand written thank you card to your customers, gives such a personal touch and I felt it. I followed the instructions given in the card, though the curls were not popping like what was shown in the image and my curls were not blending in at all. These curls look and feel more kinky than corky. I did have to use chop stick curling iron on my own hair so it would blend. Following that, the hair dries out really quick and doesn't give a nice lush curl pattern and I end up with a puff which then doesn't blend with my actual hair. I'm not able to wear these clip ins with my hair out as the curls don't stay juicy, even when using products which is a little disappointing, though perfect for up-dos. Maybe I should have went for the 3a hair, though it wasn't in stock, however, would the 3a hair clipins be a true reflection of my curls or would it turn to a 3c hair throughout the day. I love what you fabulous women do and what/who you represent.”

“i ordered another coils on coils ponytail, the first one i ordered was 20” and it’s lovely but i just wanted it longer, so i ordered another one in 24” but i think i actually prefer the shorter one just because it had more curl definition that i wanted that the longer one didn’t have 🥺”

“I had a good experience with Ruka. Ordering went smoothly. The only issue was that I wasn’t aware that the 3-5 day delivery time was after the order processing, which was around 2 weeks. So my clip-ins arrived later than I was expecting. However, when I reached out to customer service, they explained it all to me, so was clear in the end.”

“I really like the pony tail I got. My only thing is it has gone abit frizzy so maybe a little addition to the leaflet that comes with the hair is also how to take care of the hair and keep it looking good for as long as possible. Delivery was fast and the hair quality is one of the best I’ve had”
