“I bought the fluff n fro bundles and it matched my natural hair perfectly. I initially ordered 2 but one was enough for my hair. It looks amazing and makes life as a mum much more convenient. I can just put my hair in a bun and go. Would definitely recommend!”

“Blends into my hair perfectly. I haven’t had time to even straighten and style it yet, but once I do it will definitely look gorgeous. For 2 nights I slept with the clips in my head and they stayed, I just had to adjust a few at the top.”

“I found Ruka by accident….so glad I had! I usually wear my hair in a ponytail using synthetic hair. Ruka’s human hair ponytail has superseded my expectations, I’m so happy with the exact match in terms of texture. The quality of the hair is superb, so soft and no odd smell. Well done Ruka, a definite yes from me! Keep up the good work. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I ordered on Sunday and my order arrived on the Thursday - can’t ask for better than that! I ordered the fluff n fro puff ponytail and when I first installed it my hubs thought it was my hair. That’s a green flag! I got the 16 inch and after I spritzed it with water and some leave in conditioner it carried the same texture as my 4c hair. Will definitely order from Ruka again - I’ll get the kinks clip ins next time for a versatile style.”

“I purchased a bungle, really to sample the quality….. well… I an impressed. The hair is beautiful. Reacts well to products, no shedding and looks so natural. I have tried several brands of extensions and these are the best! I would definitely recommend.”

“If I’m going to be honest this hair doesn’t take very well to bleach I had to bleach the have over 3 times and it still hasn't lifted that much in colour and I’ve only had this hair in a week and it gets matted within minutes so I’m not exactly sure if this is 100% human hair”

“Great experience as always guys, really appreciate it. Every time I've shopped with Ruka has been great. My only point of feedback would be with the customer service response times or making it easier to cancel orders/pre-dispatch. I placed an order after 6 pm Friday which I know is after the business hours but I didn't hear back till Wednesday by which time it already arrived. It's great that the dispatch is so quick but it would be good if both teams were aligned. Otherwise, perfect as always x”

“Wow , just Wow ! I bought the hair perfume , it smells soooo good, not drying at all . I also purchased the spray bottle. I have spent years using an ordinary spray. This is a game changer, you can regulate the amount of water on your hair , you need to get one . Delivery was fast , the one thing that really made a difference was a hand written card , companies don’t usually do this ,. Would I purchase again …. Absolutely 100%”

“Customer service was amazing and shipping was fast. I just think a bit more detail or info on the versatility of the different textures e.g video of the weft being straightened how it looks wet or air dried and comparisons between the the two pressed textures would of been helpful I spent ages trying to catch glimpses of the hair from reels or short tick toks that when I went to purchase the bundles I didn’t fully know what to expect and that led to me being a bit disappointed as I assumed the texture would have have been more versatile to manipulation im sure if I had asked questions things would have been clarified which I will definitely do next time. As although I have made my purchase work it’s not what I intended to do and I probably wouldn’t have purchased the hair if I had a better understanding of how it could of been styled.”

“They hair is beautiful, looks, feels and smells fantastic and will blend perfectly with my natural hair leave out. Only complaint is I brought 2 bunches a 18inch initially and realised I wouldn’t have enough hair so then ordered a 20inch as well. They are both exactly the same length as you can see from the pics. On the left is the 18 on the right is 20inch I don’t know if this is a mistake or how the hair comes but I feel a little ripped off.”

“I have colour 1 hair which is jet black. I chose the black option for both my ponytails so I could do quick hair styles. However, the colour of what I received looks like 1B or even a 4 which either way isn't black. Therefore, either I have to dye the ponytails or my hair. So they are just sitting there now as I don't know the first thing about hair dyes. On a plus, the ponytails are of good quality hair.”

Hey Lisa! All of our hair comes in its natural colour (typically 1B natural/2 as standard) because we don't chemically alter our hair to maintain its "virgin" nature. Your Ruka hair can however be dyed and personalised to suit your individual needs and takes to dye very well. “Love the whole concept behind Ruka Hair. Hair arrived very quickly and the quality is amazing! Too bad they will be discontinuing the length in my favorite style and that some of the styles have been out of stock for awhile, but will definitely keep an eye our on the website and will be ordering from here again!”
