“I really like the pony tail I got. My only thing is it has gone abit frizzy so maybe a little addition to the leaflet that comes with the hair is also how to take care of the hair and keep it looking good for as long as possible. Delivery was fast and the hair quality is one of the best I’ve had”

“I received my clip ins literally the very next day after ordering, it was such a pleasant surprise, I opened the box to find a beautiful hand written note to myself and a leaflet explaining the hair texture I ordered and another showing other products available with RukaHair. The hair itself is so so soft, it doesn’t shed when you comb/brush it and it smells good, also a lot more hair came than what I was expecting, I was able to plait quite a lot of my hair and leave a small amount of hair out at the front and it still gave me a full looking style, the hair matches my natural hair extremely well, the texture of the clip ins are very similar to my hair texture a few days after being straightened out which is perfect for me as I try to avoid the amount of times I straighten my hair, the texture of the clip ins when straightened matches my straightened hair perfectly also. Overall I’d 10000% buy from RukaHair again, and I’ve already been throwing out recommendations to my friends and family as I’ve never been so in love with hair ever! (For reference I have 4b curly/coily hair texture and a medium/average sized head).”

“Great experience needed hair fast for my graduation, when it arrived it smelt amazing and looked the same. Disappointed about the stock levels as I got hair that was not an exact match to mine.”

“Hair clips are awesome and they are like my own c4 hair. I could have given 5 stars I'd the spray bottle for £10 wasn't empty! Yeah the spray bottle is empty and it costs a whopping £10. Also I signed up but the discount was applied 😢.”

“Hello Still waiting for my order to arrive. My order was placed on Friday, July 29th. I received my tracking number on Monday, Aug. 1st. The tracking has been difficult to follow. According to the tracking number, my order status was "partial delivery" on Aug 3rd. That was super confusing to me so I called TransGlobal and spoke with a representative. The TransGlobal rep. reported that my order was currently in Elizabeth, New Jersey USA. According to TransGlobal my order was part of a very large shipment wich needed to be broken down and dispursed to the USPS for final delivery. It's now Friday, Aug. 5th and my order has not been received by the USPS. I've been tracking my order through USPS and they reprot that they are "currently awaiting package". It's frustrating because my order is in New Jersey about an hour from my home but it's just sitting there apparently. If I had to give a rating as of today I'd say poor due to delays and confusing tracking info. I had to call TransGlobal long distance from the USA for clarity. I'm guessing I received this email today because customers generally have their items delivered by now. I can give a full review after I receive my items.”
