“Took nearly two weeks to arrive, returned it and I’m still waiting for a refund over 6 weeks later. There is no number to call if there is an issue and emails take days to receive a response. Very disappointed.”
“I didn’t like the texture of the hair. I bought 4 ayeee clip ins and it was a lot looser than what I typically think of with coily/4a texture. Offering low cost texture samples would be helpful. I won’t be able to use the clip ins on my natural texture.”

“I was initially very excited to try Rukahair. However, I have been severely disappointed. This is marketed as human hair however it clearly isn’t. As soon as I unwrapped the bundles and sprayed with water. The softness and bounce of the curls immediately disappeared and I was left with dry lifeless curls. The hair lasted two days before I was forced to take out the sew in as I was left with matted disgusting hair. I was hoping that I had finally found a brand with hair I can keep coming back to, unfortunately that was not the case and I will never buy from here again. I wasted my money on atrocious bundles. What a joke of a company. I will definitely NOT recommend to friends , in fact I will deter friends or anyone I know from ever supporting this sham of a company!”

For complete transparency, operating within the hair industry (which is largely unregulated) means that we are vulnerable still to faulty goods and poor supplier behaviour and this occasionally and unfortunately leads to some of our stock falling short of the quality benchmarks we would usually pride ourselves on.
