“The wig is very well made, however l was disappointed with the parting as it wasn’t quite straight in the middle. I thought once l had fixed it on my head it would look better unfortunately it didn’t. The wig also doesn’t quite fit my head it’s too big even with the band inside. So am disappointed considering how much l paid.”

“I have been waiting for a company to fully match my curl pattern. I am a 3C and I am so thankful that I ordered from you. I am truly a fan now. Also thank you for making the combs in the ponytail much better than the crappy ponytails we buy at the store. Your product is truly elite. I order the coils on coils drawstring ponytail in 20"”

“Love these, they keep the texture pattern well and can hold a curl! They get a bit thinner towards the ends so if you want to cut them got for a longer length, if not, and you want them to look more natural, get the length you want. They are amazing quality and a perfect match texture wise! X”

“I received the wrong item, and because I needed it for a wedding I had to use it. But it was definitely not the corks crew. It was more coiled and Afro like. I still love the ponytail and good quality!!! But a little disappointed that it wasn’t what was expected…..****UPDATE, a representative reached out and sent me a similar ponytail. They were attentive and kind enough to ensure I was happy. Anxiously waiting for my next purchase!”

“Before I bought silk press pony I had quite a few synthetic ones that would always get so tangled or I’d constantly have to be brushing and washing so often so decided to invest in a Ruka one and it’s 100% been worth it. It looks amazing, feels amazing and I got so many compliments on it, as well as it being able to keep tidy and put in easily I couldn’t recommend it enough!”

“The texture of the clip ins we're excellent, how unsure if its my installation technique but the clips did not hold to my hair so had to braid a line to get some grip in addition there was clip ins left over Any tips?”

“The quality of the hair is atrocious, literally feels like Aliexpress hair. I'm deeply disappointed and returning the hair for a full refund. I wanted to support your brand but you give no choice with your poor selection of hair, as a customer willing to support a black-owned business, I will happily pay more for the hair if it were of good quality. P.S. I would give zero stars if i could.”

“I love my order, I wasnt worried I wouldnt get enough clips but there was more than enough to fit my head, the hair is soft and light weight even after I dyed it, the only con about this hair is that I feel the hair I ordered, coils on coils, turned out to be a little more kinkier than I hoped for and not so much coils. But overall good, shipping was quick. :) x”
