“Delighted with the service. I was able to collect the goods the day after ordering which speeded up installation and saved the delivery cost. The "graded" item was in impeccable condition and couldn't be faulted. Overall a considerable saving in cash and time.”

“Brought graded Siemens dryer. At beginning was a little bit problems with it but guys from this store resolve it with high standards. Very satisfied with product and provided service. Highly recommended.”

“Purchased an electric cooker and tumble drier. Products delivered on time and electric cooker installed perfectly. When the tumble drier was delivered I had to call to inform them of new delivery details as I was delayed in getting home for the delivery. This was arranged with no fuss or drama. Brilliant service”

“I bought a ‘graded’ undercounter fridge at a discount from the usual price (which was already the most competitive around) because it had a few tiny marks, two of which were to the sides (not really a problem when under the counter!). Tristan was great- helpful, easy to contact, and went the extra mile for me - quite literally, dropping off the fridge on his way home which avoided a kerbside pallet service. To be honest, originally I would have bought the fridge from one of the big online retailers if it had been in stock, but I’m glad it wasn’t because the service from Ruislip Appliances was superb, and if I need anything else I’ll be looking there first.”

“Ordered a Bosch graded washing machine from Ruislip Appliances on Mon 06/12 and they were able to deliver and take away old washing machine on Wed 15/12. Good price and really good service from local independent supplier.”

“Local, expert knowledge with competitive prices. Always really helpful, and this time was no exception. This purchase was a Miele dishwasher. As I didn't need it straight away - and didn't really have the space to take delivery immediately, they kindly kept it safe in their warehouse for a while. When I was ready for delivery it was a lovely smooth process. Highly recommend.”

“We bought a replacement hob. One problem we encountered was the electric fittings were held by ‘torq’ screws. We had to go and buy special screw driver to open it. It would have been helpful if we were told this when we said we would fit it ourselves Pleased with appliance.”
