“Great fridge freezer. Purchase was straight forward and staff ok but no assistance or suggestions offered as to how to actually get the fridge freezer into the house (up steps). I asked a friend if he knew anyone who could help, as he had been in the refrigeration business, and he spoke to someone at Ruislip Appliances who gave him the contact details of Vinny - who was brilliant. Why couldn't Ruislip Appliances just give me his name in the first place rather than me trying to find bodies to help?”

“Nick and the team are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - we bought two graded appliances without even seeing them and were pleased to discover that they were as described to us over the phone. Delivery was also great - arrived when they said they would. A fantastic and trustworthy company!”

“We have bought from them over the years and they are always our first port of call whenever we need a new appliance for our flats. We find the staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. “I have bought appliances from here for years. Service and support are always great. Delivery is always on time and the guys are helpful and respectful. I bought a graded dishwasher as my last purchase and saved £100 on it as it had a scratch on the side. You don't even see the sides when it's installed! I recommend them to anyone looking for an appliance over any of the big online sellers.”
