“We bought a replacement hob. One problem we encountered was the electric fittings were held by ‘torq’ screws. We had to go and buy special screw driver to open it. It would have been helpful if we were told this when we said we would fit it ourselves Pleased with appliance.”

“The graded Neff oven I purchased was exactly as described and unavailable from any other source. The risks of using independent couriers were explained and they deterred me from using them in favour of self collection. As I had recently received a badly damaged item from another supplier I readily took their advice. My overall experience of the transaction was excellent and I would urge others to trust the advice and products from Ruislip Apps.”

“I have used buyers and sellers (as they used to be known) before in a previous house I had, they stock great quality white goods and have a good range. Having moved a few years back it was time for a new kitchen. In stock appliances are like hens teeth, no one had any product and I needed two ovens with different functions pyrolitic 4d and steam which looked the same. I scoured the whole of the UK and internet, then in desperation remebered Ruislip appliances so gave them a call, they were the only supplier that had what I wanted. It was delivered on time (that was critical) and at a market competitive price. I shall always be grateful for their help.”
