“When Mother needed a new washing machine, I thought immediately of Ruislip Appliances. I live a long way away, but got good advice by phone, and was able to call in to the shop when next visiting Mother. Once there, I was able to see a wide range of machines and ask questions about price, performance, ease of use and reliability. I choose a reputable model with controls Mother is used to, and was able to pay for it and have it delivered, installed and checked-over by RA. The price including installation was competitive, and they emptied and took away the old machine without leaving any mess. Mother is now happily washing her way through her wardrobe - not many people do that unaided at age 99 :-)”
