“My 3 year old freezer packed up & I needed a replacement quickly. Looked online at various major suppliers but no availability & no quick delivery offered. Then I decided to go local and had Live Chat online with Ruislip Appliances. Advice was excellent. Bought a replacement from them and it was delivered by lunchtime on the same day. Excellent service. Thank you.”

“Overall pleased with the appliance, although it wasn’t the one I originally selected. Goods were delivered really quickly. All communications were answered promptly and the staff were very courteous. Will be looking here first next time I need a new appliance!”

“I have been using Ruislip Appliances for years. Required a condenser dryer and called in to the shop. Within half an hour I had discussed what I needed, been given a number of options and sensible guidance, and completed the transaction completed. Brilliant service, expert advice - why would you consider other options without talking to them first? Top rate.”

“Overall a good experience and happy with my new oven. Service wasn't great initially as the sales clerk came across as quite abrupt and rude. I was unable to arrange a delivery time as they were saving slots for the elderly which I thought was a great idea. Would defo buy again from here.”

“Ordered a product online but after paying was told it was out of stock. I believe in supporting local businesses compared to larger chain stores. I was promised a refund but I’m still chasing them. Emails are ignored and empty promises over the phone of a refund. Having read the glowing reviews thought that this was a trustworthy establishment. If something needs resolving expect to spend hours of your time chasing them. I’m sure others have had great service but when they can’t resolve a simple refund, I would think twice about using this place again.”

“With the national shortage of Freezers due to Coronavirus and a 6 month old baby about to start weaning we were in urgent need of extra freezer space to ensure the weaning plan for our baby could be adhered to. So after trying online for a few days I remembered driving past this place, gave them a call in the morning and spoke to very helpful staff, explained out predicament and unbelievably had a freezer delivered home just a few hours later! Extremely pleased with the service, staff and price and would not hesitate to recommend!”

“Went to buy a freezer for my in-laws due to them worrying about the current crisis, then after the staff doing absolutely all they could to help my in-laws got difficult and changed their mind. When I cancelled staff again very nice, with all the panic going around truly felt they where trying help people and not just make a profit.”

“Decent local shop, had to buy a freezer in an emergency, the day before the coronavirus lockdown as old one just packed up, managed to get one from this shop at 4.15pm in the afternoon. Pleasant to deal with, reasonably priced if not the absolute cheapest, but sometimes you have to pay for good service.”

“Needed a washing machine urgently. Have been a customer for a long time. In the current Coronavirus crisis it was not straightforward to get one. They sorted it out over the phone and then when I arrived, appropriate precautions were taken before loading it in my car. First class service again, throughly recommended.”

“Available within 24hours of ordering (but I collected it myself as they were very busy due to high demand). Left it for 12hours for the refrigerant to settle before turning it on, as I’d transported it on its back. So far it’s working well. The instruction book is poor. No advice on how and when to manually defrost.”
