“Decent local shop, had to buy a freezer in an emergency, the day before the coronavirus lockdown as old one just packed up, managed to get one from this shop at 4.15pm in the afternoon. Pleasant to deal with, reasonably priced if not the absolute cheapest, but sometimes you have to pay for good service.”

“Needed a washing machine urgently. Have been a customer for a long time. In the current Coronavirus crisis it was not straightforward to get one. They sorted it out over the phone and then when I arrived, appropriate precautions were taken before loading it in my car. First class service again, throughly recommended.”

“Available within 24hours of ordering (but I collected it myself as they were very busy due to high demand). Left it for 12hours for the refrigerant to settle before turning it on, as I’d transported it on its back. So far it’s working well. The instruction book is poor. No advice on how and when to manually defrost.”

“Our dishwasher died quite suddenly so needed a replacement urgently. I contacted Ruislip Appliances and they had plenty of stock from which to choose including the very brand I preferred. I made the purchase at very reasonable price via the phone and collected the new dishwasher within a couple of hours. The staff kindly loaded the machine into my car and I had it installed and working in the afternoon. The dishwasher has performed perfectly and we are very please with it and the service received at Ruislip Appliances. R Kemp”

“No nonsense, straight talking and great value Very efficient and knowledgeable which makes a change in this day and age where you get served by a clueless school kid or someone who can’t speak English Only problem was the appliance leaked water into my car on the way home, which was strange for a “new” appliance. Not fitted it yet”
