“Could not fault the service. Recieved an eamil to confirm delivery date which was 2 days after ordering.on the day I recieved a text message to say when the delivery was and then got a phone call to say they were about 20 mins away Excellent communication and delivery was great! Would recommend using them and would also use again. Thanks.”

“Truly superb service. I attempted first, to order from Curry’s but their online order system was unusually complicated and the price appeared to differ at the checkout. I then went to Ruislip Appliances, all so simple, good price and next day delivery. A staff member rang me to confirm the delivery and the two person team who delivered (on time) were very efficient. Very pleased.”

“When I purchased Fridge/Freezer from Ruislip Appliances Ltd, I had excellent customer service from start to finish, including from the delivery gentlemen,who were very polite & efficient, & made sure the F/F fitted & stood properly before leaving & taking old one away. Recently purchased Gas Cooker from there, the information & recommendation was very helpful & there was no pressure. Once purchased the delivery date, day was confirmed, on the day call was made before Gas Safe Engineer & his colleague came, they were very polite, cheerful & knowledgeable, kept me posted with the work they were carrying on to connect the gas & Cooker. Once completed I was given demonstration & any questions or concerns were answered. I am looking to purchase new washing machine, yes you guessed it, I will be visiting Ruislip Appliances Ltd. I will highly recommend them.”
