“There was a small glitch with the delivery of the timber but this was addressed immediately by the company and the error was corrected without delay and longer lengths of board than those I had ordered were sent without any additional cost. Excellent after sales service, thank you”

“Company itself is first class, good prices, very helpful staff. All let down by delivery company. Order arrived missing one piece, company despatched replacement, tracking showed out for delivery then was not delivered. Said not loaded, best bet was driver didn't want to travel for one piece of timber. Took a week to get balance of order.”

“Good products at reasonable prices. But your transport/ despatch dept is a shambles. I have placed three orders and you have managed to screw up the delivery each time. This has caused e no end of problems.”

“Initially the order was wrong and instead of a 10 pack, I received only 2 caps. However, the politeness and pace at which the order was corrected was brilliant. These are so much better than wooden fence toppers.”

“I’m very pleased with the decking, quick delivery and all the decks were in very good condition. Bit disappointed there weren’t any instructions as the online video is slightly misleading as it shows the decks going with the joists then against the joists but I figured it would be the same as for floor boards i.e the decks are laid across the joists. But very happy overall”

“Easy to order by phone as I needed help with my measurement quatity for for my 2 gates. Very good thereafter. The delivery did not arrive as predicted by it was not a big problem. Will use them again”

“Ordering was fine and delivery timeframe good. Was potentially spoiled by the courier dumping the items outside our business opposite the road without notifying us. They could have been stolen and we had to reload them and take them the correct place onsite.”
