“The product is very good and we are pleased with the planters. If I had one issue was the delivery lead in time was not made clear when the order was placed. We have no hesitation in recommending Ruby UK to friends and relatives.”

“Quality of planters is excellent. Comms around delivery were not so good but thanks to Tyla for her diligence in tracking down my order. I have recommended to family and would use again. Prices reasonable.”

“Ordered twice from Ruby Group - first time all ok - second time the wrong timber was delivered - however a webchat and phonecall quickly sorted this out. A few days later, the wrong items were collected and the correct ones delivered. Impressed with speedy and courteous service - will definitely use again!”

“If it was stated at the time of ordering that delivery was to kerbside only (and not even kerbside outside my home - neighbour's kerbside), then iI missed it. Fortunately, very helpful driver took pity on me and helped me get stuff into the garden.”

“Price and quality of materials were good. Just what we needed. 4 stars, not 5 as I delivery was not straight forward. After 6 working days of waiting I sent an email to enquire after my order, no response received. Several days later, I had a a call to arrange a delivery from the pallet company. Delivery took 10 working days in total.”

“Quick delivery and no-fuss shopping experience. Would have been good if the caps had been individually wrapped (just a single layer of bubble round each would have done), as the products got a little scuffed in the box they were shipped in from knocking against each other.”

“Goods received as expected. Delivery within the timescales. Overall very pleased with the service and would use Ruby again. To get 5 stars it would have been nice if the order number stayed the same throughout. I received a delivery notification with my order number on which was completely different to that given when I placed the order. This then prompted me to get in touch to ensure the correct order was being delivered. I was told it was due to the orders and deliveries being on different systems.”

“Quick service, good customer contact through their online service and a solid pair of gates! Ruby would have received 5 stars but delivered to the wrong address which wasn’t a problem for me but maybe for others! Will certainly buy from them again!”

“Product was very good quality, customer Service guys very good and responsive, only downside delivery- Trackpod are used but delivery guy did not use it so I was initially told 7-9am but 3.30 he arrived, parked outside then all the delivery info came to my phone 🤷”
