“Ordering was fine and delivery timeframe good. Was potentially spoiled by the courier dumping the items outside our business opposite the road without notifying us. They could have been stolen and we had to reload them and take them the correct place onsite.”

“Having received my order of some 50 x 1.8m decking boards, I realised that they were narrower that I thought, So I asked Ruby if I could return them for exchange or refund, I was totally shocked that Ruby would charge me £50+ to return them. I agreed to this and that the carrier would collect the decking boards today Friday 23rd April it is now 4pm and no collection !!!!!”

“Good gates delivery not so good was not told when they were going to be delivered no time or day was given and just left outside I was out at the time I'm a oak so it was hard fo me toget them in to the garden”

“Was very pleased with our decking planters. However was was surprised that stapled to one of them was the drivers route sheet showing 14 customers delivery information. This included names, full addresses, personal telephone numbers and what they had bought. A data protection slip up?”

“Wood good quality ,order arrived promptly only gripe order was put to on driveway without driver knocking and forged a signature, luckily our neighbour told us otherwise it could of been stolen”
