“Happy with my purchases. The on-line chat is a great feature on the web site. It means you can get instant help and have any queries answered very promptly. “A little disappointed that the order stated that the planter would be delivered and positioned where required, however, there was only one driver and he said to my 86 year old mother that he cannot carry it round to rear garden via side gate, so left it on the drive - fortunately, we were able to resolve issue the next day”

“20 T & G planks. Very quick delivery, able to track it. 1 plank had wrong form and when I phoned up they said no problem and sent the correct form within a couple of days. Very impressed.”
