“Very happy with the product and customer service. The only issue was with the delivery driver. She had a bit of an attitude when I asked if she had something to cover the wood as it was raining. She then asked with an attitude if I'd been told to make sure there's someone here to help unload. We only had confirmation of delivery on the day and my partner works and wouldn't be able to take time off that last minute.”
