I ordered a sofa for a holiday let in May with 7 day delivery. Before ordering I called them to find out about delivery lead times, they assured me it would arrive before the letting period began ie within 2 weeks. Once ordered, they said that it would ship within 14 working days of the order (ie not 2 weeks), then gave me vague dates in mid-june. With the property being let I explained that wouldn't work unless they could guarentee a date, they couldn't do that in June, but as I would be at the property for a week at the end of July, we reluctantly agreed delivery for 29th July, and sorted out a temporary arrangement for the holiday let. I called them in July to confirm the date, as we couldn't afford to miss the date, they assured me everything was scheduled. When the date came around I heard nothing, so called them and they said it's with their delivery team who will be contacting me with a delivery time. Finally, on the 1st of August (two days after it was supposed to be delivered) I receive a whatsapp message saying "We'll try and schedule a delivery for this week :-)" - so no longer delivering on the agreed date, but putting it on their schedule on that date, but for us, as long as it was during that week it was ok, so I responded explaining that a delivery date was already arranged and they'd missed it, but we could make anytime that week work. The next day, I randomly get another whatsapp message saying "All our delivery routes are full, we will try and squeeze you in the following week :-)"!!. I explained that, that wasn't what was agreed and the guy on whatsapp kept fobbing me off. So I call customer service, and get through to someone (their english was so poor, it made it difficult as I could hardly understand most of what they said). However, they promised to investigate and get it shipped for the end of the week by palleted delivery, and contact me by the end of the day. I then got another whatsapp from the delivery team saying delivery would be tuesday or wednesday the following week (despite us saying we wouldn't be there). I don't know if the delivery team speak to the customer service team or whether this was just a random message. The following day, I call up again as I didn't hear anything back, spoke to a different lady who was very polite, and said she'd investigate and get back to me, I didn't hear back from her, but I did get an email saying they would send using palleted delivery and it might get there during that week, if not early the following week. They then send me a message saying it's shipped (finally), and a tracking a link, so I change my plans and arrange to stay at the property for an extra 3 days (luckily it wasn't booked out). The tracking link didn't work, but I assumed it was just an issue with the link. Two days later I get a random email out of the blue saying "The item you ordered is out of stock, maybe you'd like a different colour? Alternatively the item will be back in stock in September"!!! So I email them again, and make a complaint and ask them if the September date is Guarenteed - they ignore 3 emails, until I chase them and they finally respond with a templated email about how no stock delivery is guarenteed. So here we are, 3 months later, still no sofa, no idea when it might arrive, having wasted days on the phone, altered my family holiday plans and now with a holiday let without furniture. Thanks! I Some points Rubeza might like to address: - If you arrange delivery for a future date, that's when you should schedule it in, not simply mark it as a date for your delivery team to start thinking about sending it. - Sending crossing emails/whatsapps/calls is confusing, especially when each department seems to be doing different things - Vet your customer service team to ensure they can speak fluent English - DON'T put smiley faces at the end of every whatsapp message, especially when announcing you are no longer going to meet previously agreed delivery dates - If you're going to use Whatsapp, then respond to the Whatsapp messages, don't use it for sending templated messages and ignore incoming messages - Invest in a stock control system - If someone orders something, allocate stock at that point, don't leave it until you come to ship it.

Hi , James So sorry with these experiences with us , We understand you are frustrating we are so sorry about that we will keep in touch with you shortly and will give you uptade. But you would hold item's it's stating in our communication system and I attached your message below no one waited with us any in stock item's 2 Month's until they would like to hold their item's with us. But we will gonna keep investigated and will uptade for you Thanks Jxxxxxx email June /10/2022 Thanks, unfortunately next week won’t work (I leave on Sunday night, and I’m away with work most the week, so couldn’t even drive down to the property for the day). Having thought about it over night, I think we’d be better waiting until the end of July if that’s ok with you?

That's enough you playing up , We are banned reason of you acting like a fraudulent Customer , System will cancel automatically which order come from your postcode or neither your name , We cancelled your current order and refunded all funds back.

Requested samples of the fabrics, they came really quickly, and I am delighted with the vibrant colours and lovely feel of the fabric, can't wait to order my sofa, thank you.

Great site, great communication, we love everything we bought, so much so we ordered more. The delivery team were very polite and respected our home fully, delivered as expected and on time on both occasions we have used Rubeza. I don’t usually review but this company and their delivery team deserve the time it takes to fill this out. 10 out of 10. Keep up the great work and thanks to all of your team. 👍👍👍

Excellent quality sofa.... Actually looks like the picture on the website ...only negative is the Delivery company they use.... CURTIS DELIVERY.... NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH AND COMMUNICATION.... BUT NOTHING AGAINST RUBEZA OR THE SOFA ....

I’m really impressed with the quality of the sofa. Delivery was fab too, I love that everything was unboxed so it was out and ready soon as it arrived. It’s so comfortable! I’ve gone through a good amount of sofas in the last few years but none were comfortable. But this one seats everyone comfortably. My sister has also been staying over and she loves sleeping on it because it’s comfortable and spacious 🤍

This was the first of 2 vanity sinks I ordered from Rubeza separately(I wanted to see how the first order went first before placing the second one. This first vanity unit was delivered within a week by Rubeza themselves and I was pleasantly surprised by this as I had braced myself for a 6 months wait after reading some reviews on Trustpilot! The marble top was a bit too grey than in the photos but I can live with that, otherwise, the furniture is beautiful. The second one was delivered a bit over 2 weeks after order was placed but still quite timely and it's beautiful with a whiter marble top. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with one of the delivery crew members from the delivery company JBSePOD that delivered on behalf of Rubeza and below was my feedback to them; "Hi, the furniture was delivered by 2 men. I videoed the delivery of my furniture as the packaging was damaged on both pieces. As per Rubeza company policy, I asked that the younger delivery man open the packaging to check that the marble top was undamaged. This is Rubeza company policy which previous Rubeza delivery drivers, have carried out without needing to be asked. He then said that they are not allowed to open packages. I then offered to open myself and he said they could not wait because of their "4 minutes package delivery timeslots". As I believe this to be not only an example of rude and unprofessional behaviour but also a flagrant breach of Rubeza's company policy, I insisted on making a recording of this and retaining it. Needless to say, as a regular customer of Rubeza, I will be making a formal complaint to Rubeza and recommending that they review their relationship with your company. Yours faithfully, NH"

Who service was excellent! Quick delivery. Was updated the whole day on delivery, the lovely gentleman man came in and assembled my sofa was very kind. Sofa was amazing quality! Will definitely be ordering again.
