“Sofa ordered was no longer in stock however the issue was resolved promptly. The sofas got delivered but without the legs. These have been posted out. A pillow was dirty however Rubeza have compensated me for this. Love the sofa great quilaty. Yes a few things went wrong but the fact that these issues were all resolved promptly and to my standard means I would shop at Rubeza again.”

“We were forced to take a delivery company who charged £300. The delivery came 2 weeks late and the drivers damaged our couch and our living room wall. Rubeza took very little responsibility for this and blamed the delivery company who do not response to emails or phone calls. When the couch was delivered it came with the wrong feet. Very poor service.”

“I never buy sofas online so I took a chance and bought mine from Rubeza and I am so pleased, the quality is fantastic. It arrived 2 weeks early, and one minor problem with import taxes to Ireland due to Brexit got sorted out immediately when I contacted them, a pleasure to do business with, I'm a very happy customer. Thanks”

“I was looking for a double vanity and virtually everyone offered a 1200mm max, whereas, Rubeza offered a 1500mm and a statement piece of well-built furniture. Cost more than an average 1200mm as you might expect, but absolutely no comparison in quality or style. Product backed by good service, including the delivery company they use.”

“Always a bit optimistic about buying on line especially large items. But I have to say RUBEZA did not disappoint. “Ordered online and it was delivered within days! No waiting forever. It was carefully delivered and assembled within minutes by polite friendly delivery crew. The look is expensive, a combination of traditional and modern. I love the ‘roly poly’ cushions at each end (so did my grandchildren who decided the were great for ninja roll play!). Added to this they are v comfortable and the marmalade colour is lovely.”

“Poor communication from delivery company they use which is at a cost of £100 and an absolute shambles they didn’t even have the tools to put the feet on I had to lend them my cordless screwdriver”
