“Absolutely amazing service from start to finish . Ordered sofa and footstool. Within 5 days had a delivery date and I asked fir it to be before 12 which they agreed to . On day of delivery I was updated regularly and the driver with another man arrived around 945. My beautiful sofa was unpacked legs out in and in place by 1015 . Thanks I will be recommending you”

“Had to change a sofa as the middle started to sag. Ive not had this issue with the other sofa or footstool so knew it wasn’t that was normal. To say the customer service was impeccable is an understatement! I sent photos and a video of the sofa and within 3 days I was notified to say another was being delivered the next day. Still extremely happy with the sofas and would highly recommend.”

“All calls answered by a person, not automated message. Goods delivered within 7 weeks as promised and exactly as on the website. Seem to be well constructed - only criticism - the seat cushions are a little firm. Delivery men very pleasant and helpful. Overall, good company to deal with”

“I ordered a 2 seater and 2 swivel chairs, customer service said they were available in stock and could be delivered the following week. I paid in full then delivery delays started, I heard they say they have stock availability so you pay then delay deliveries. It finally arrived 14 days later. The delivery driver had no tools to assemble the sofa and chairs borrowed mine, then the one chair was damaged back had completely broken off... driver took it back and had to wait another week after many emails to customer service who offered me 30.00 after i paid 100.00 for the delivery...replacement chair arrived again with delivery guys no tools used mine again... the chair was slightly different colour to the others, driver took pictures..nothing from customer service were not bothered or helpful. The worst customer service I have experienced..think twice before you buy.”

“Customer service excellent . Delivery on time kept informed . I have purchased for my daughter who is buying a house. Not moved in yet so we are storing it. I will admit it’s still in the box but we have peeked and everything seems as it should be . July will be the telling time .”
