“Wow - talk about getting me out of a hole! Ashley and Gary worked tirelessly to get me the Shower Wall I needed that week, because my shower wall provider let me down by not informing me that they were out of stock, so i had a builder and no shower wall. However Gary and Ashley got onto the suppliers directly and I had my first batch within two days, so there was no loss from having a builder and no materials. I've been waiting to writ e this review, because their attitude and commitment was top class!!!”

“We needed a shower screen in a hurry to complete an en suite before our visitors arrived and googled suppliers to check out reviews, prices and delivery. Selected QS Supplies on Monday 13th May and ordered one in the evening with £20 plus VAT carriage charge. The next morning we received an email from them @ 9:54 apologising that this item was out of stock and wouldn't be with with us in the time frame. We cancelled the order (and the refund was extremely prompt! *****) We then selected Rubberduck and checked out stock by phone first. We were told they had a couple in stock and delivery should be Friday 17th or latest Monday 20th May. Their carriage charge was more - £34.99 inc VAT. We immediately ordered online and had an acknowledgement at 15:43 on Tuesday 14th May. No delivery date mentioned. We waited, but nothing arrived Friday so phoned Monday morning 20th May at 9:19 and Ben told us that it should be with us latest Wednesday. We phoned again the next morning Tuesday 21st May as we had no email or message with a time and they told us it was being despatched the following day :-( and would be on a 24 hour service. Finally had an email from them @3:48pm Tuesday saying the order has been despatched and we could track it. There was no tracking available all day - we later had a phone call from Palletways, asking us did we want delivery on Thursday or Friday!!! It arrived Thursday with a label on the packaging 'Economy delivery' We asked Rubberduck for some compensation on the delivery charge but they refused.”

“Order no: 214128 Delivery supposed to be 3 to 5 days delivery it took over 2 weeks to deliver. Even they realised they done mistake with order, they haven't even put overnight delivery. I don't think your company does care how much you wasting tradesman's time. No even decent apology. I have used your company probably purchased over 10 wet room tray unfortunately no more I will cry my business else where.”

“I ordered side and end tileable bath panals. These both turned up well packaged in good time. Both very easy to cut and fit. Perfect surface to tile on and saved me a lot of time trying to make a frame for the bath. Highly recommend company and product.”

“Awful experience. Delayed, no contact with customer service to inform me of the delay, tried ringing and no one answered, when someone finally answered I rang for 2 weeks every day asking when my order is arriving every time they said yes it’s being dispatched tomorrow. So they lied every day. I lost all trust and didn’t believe anyone, I genuinely didn’t expect the shower to arrive. They should have informed me of the delay, not me chasing them, and they should have been honest from the start. No communication and no trust with this company.”

Good morning Charlotte, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback - we think you may have us confused with another supplier however. We can see your order was processed on the 1st of May and delivery was completed on the 10th of May. See image showing tracking info. The items ordered carried a 3-7 working day ETA and were dispatched using a tracked pallet delivery service 6 days from placing the order. With them initially planning to deliver on the 9th (the 7th working day from placing the order). There looks to have been a delay on dispatch due to an incident at the depot, meaning they were delivered a day later on the 10th. All of which was communicated to yourself as soon as we were made aware on the day. We understand customers often order from multiple places when installing a new bathroom and would appreciate it if you revised your review in light of the above. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team
