“The issue we had was between the supplier (Mermaid) and Rubberduck Bathrooms. I missed a call from the supplier. When I attempted to return the call on several occassions it was never answered. Next I received a confirmation from Rubberduck stating that the delivery was dispatched and confirmed a date. I made arrangements to be available for the delivery on this day. The delivery never turned up. During the day, I emailed Rubberduck to confirm this was being delivered. This was never responded to. When I eventually called Rubberduck, I was told that I never confirmed the delivery. This was a bit confusing as the email confirmation, confirming the dispatch of goods, never asked for anything to be confirmed. When enquiring about this, we asked about the email that had not been responded to it was only at this point that the email was seen. The communication was poor and confusing. The supplier not picking up the phone was poor as was the misleading email from Ruberduck confirming a delivery date with no mention that the delivery needed to be confirmed.”

“We ordered a Belfast sink, taps and the waste pipes, the sink arrived promptly. We had a missed call to ring the company about the taps. The taps that we ordered weren't going to be available until the end of July. Although this was disappointing it wasn't the end of the world We picked an alternative set that were dearer, but the company did not ask for any more money, they were then promptly delivered. The man who dealt with this for us was very helpful and polite.”

“on receving a vortex conceald cistern , the air tubes were missing reported this i didnt notice ,also wall bracket an the weddged an washer 2" flush pipe seal was also missing i phoned again to report this , but i was in the cutomer house and started the work took 1 week to get the air tubes . had to make clips to hold up unit . and flush pipe seal finished the job over a week now , no sign off missing parts”
