“We wanted to purchase some PVC boarding for our shower cubicle. From the outset Rubberduck were more than happy to send out free samples and offer advice. Once we decided to place our order we again found staff very helpful and the goods were delivered on time. Their prices were also very competitive too. Everything was well packed to avoid damage and our builder was very happy with the quality. It was good to discover a company who were so friendly and helpful.”

“Part of the product delivery (shipped in 2 parts I found out) was shipped to the wrong address. Communication could have been better as I had ro chase the delivery date of the second part to ensure it was going to be delivered to the correct address. It did. It could have been stated it was a 2 part order on invoice, it wasn't. Product, the wall cladding I purchased, is very thin and dents easily even from leaning on ..... not ideal.”
