“Excellent customer service. Had a slight issue with purchase which I reported via e mail. Even though the problem was fixed, company still sent out a replacement part within 24 hours. I now have a spare for future use.”

“I bought some rubber matting to stop vibration/noise. Supposed to be 20x30. Whoever cut this needs to be shown how to do it properly. The two lengths are 30.5 and 30. The two widths are 19.5 and 18.5. Luckily it will still work for what i want but it’s not up to any kind of standard. I did message them about this and had no reply in 2 weeks.”

“Where to start… I am so disappointed and annoyed. I have had the phone put down on me and told it’s not his (Gary) problem that the order he checked was in stock before I placed the order isn’t actually in stock. After phoning numerous times and only getting through at 4:30 it doesn’t leave me much time before Tuesday to find an alternative. When I asked for a refund and said I would look elsewhere, I was told good luck. Honestly the cockiness is unreal, not what you normally get from a professional especially when you are spending lots of money. I hope the owners get to see these reviews and I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. So much more I would like to say but this is not going to help me get my shower for Tuesday. I do wonder how these companies survive. If this was my business I would not be happy reading these reviews. I am due an apology after what I was told on the phone on Tuesday and then blatantly denying the calls. Please listen to your calls.”

“£7 for delivery of a small product sent through DHL which could have been sent through the post at a fraction of the cost. Also the product advertised looked more superior to similar products online for a less that a third of the price, however turned out to be exactly the same. Very disappointed. Feel mislead.”

Good morning Jane, We're sorry you feel the delivery cost was a little too high. We send out thousands of items a month through our warehouse and DHL is our chosen delivery partner for small to medium items. Over the years we have used numerous partners and DHL offers a quick and tracked delivery service with minimal customer service issues. Cheaper services cause more problems for our customers, which we would rather avoid. With regards to the Eastbrook Pipe Shrouds priced at £12, we are one of the cheapest retailers online for this item. You will not find anyone selling this item at a 3rd of our price. Also, the images used by us (and every other retailer selling this item) are provided by the manufacturer. Again cheaper alternatives can often be sourced from the likes of Amazon or eBay but again, we prefer to use trusted suppliers for our customers. Sorry again you feel the service could be improved. “The led bathroom mirror I ordered was delivered promptly. After being installed by an electrician it worked overnight then stopped working at all. I contacted the company who asked for a video so they could contact the manufacturer. A phone call then told me a new one was on the way. It arrived the next day and us working perfectly. Very impressed with this customer care and the led mirror is great. Thank you.”

“I have used Rubberduck Bathrooms for my bathroom remodel project and they have been able to supply 95% of what I needed from tile backer/wetroom boards, ceiling panels to the villeroy & boch suite. They were able to provide a generous discount when contacting them on what will be a £10k project when I am finished. So far all parts I have ordered arrived as described and while some pf the VB items are on longer delivery I have a timescale of when they will arive. So far very impressed with the pre sales support, costs and delivery. I hope to use them again as have another 2 bathrooms to do!”

“The issue we had was between the supplier (Mermaid) and Rubberduck Bathrooms. I missed a call from the supplier. When I attempted to return the call on several occassions it was never answered. Next I received a confirmation from Rubberduck stating that the delivery was dispatched and confirmed a date. I made arrangements to be available for the delivery on this day. The delivery never turned up. During the day, I emailed Rubberduck to confirm this was being delivered. This was never responded to. When I eventually called Rubberduck, I was told that I never confirmed the delivery. This was a bit confusing as the email confirmation, confirming the dispatch of goods, never asked for anything to be confirmed. When enquiring about this, we asked about the email that had not been responded to it was only at this point that the email was seen. The communication was poor and confusing. The supplier not picking up the phone was poor as was the misleading email from Ruberduck confirming a delivery date with no mention that the delivery needed to be confirmed.”
