“i wanted to change my order which got completed eventually however they did not call back when they said they would and did not read the email they asked me to send them? when the goods arrived one of the five sheets of shower boards was damaged.”

Hi Shawn, We're very sorry to hear about the issues with damage on delivery. These items use heavy cardboard protection and plastic wrap to ensure the protection remains in place during transit. Typically we rarely see damages reported on the products sent out by the manufacturer. We are aware however that, during times of increased demand on courier networks, damages do occur a little more often. We do listen and learn from customer feedback and we have passed over your comments to the manufacturer. Again, we're sorry you've not had the normal Rubberduck experience here. “Product was good quality. Unfortunately the 2 packs I ordered were damaged on one edge abut 600mm from the end. Luckily with some careful measuring and some silicone I managed complete my project.”

Typically we rarely see damages reported on the products we send out. We are aware however that, during times of increased demand on courier networks, damages do occur a little more often. “Pleasant to deal with, got my address wrong, item took much longer to arrive than they said it would. Some, but not all of that done to mail strike.”

We can see from the order details that the press panel left us on a next-day service a few days after placing the order. We do our best to make sure orders are delivered ASAP without issue but we're aware that mistakes can happen during the busier periods, however.
