“Ordering online was easy and the product supplied was as described. The service was let down by Royal Mail who failed to deliver the next day despite the next day service being used. Not Rubberduck's fault but they should consider an alternative delivery service.”

“I am pleased with the shower caddy I bought, very good quality. It was dispatched to the delivery company the next day. But unfortunately it took DHL nine days to deliver it. This was not Rubberducks fault and they were very good in answering my emails promptly and chasing up the delivery. Would use them again.”

“Absolutely fantastic! I have ordered shower wall panels from another well known large company who let me down on the day of delivery with a cancelled order email. I had a plumber and fitter waiting on them and this was a disaster. I phoned Rubberducks at 4.47pm and Ashleigh could not have been more helpful. Long story short, I had the panels I wanted delivered within 48 hrs. Would now not go anywhere else for bathroom supplies. First class service and lovely people to deal with!”
