“Very happy with the ordering process over the phone and also the follow up when I rang to chase why i had not received my order 1 week after paying for it. The only negative is the process of why it was not shipped initially. However, I decided to order the pieces far earlier than i needed to, so being late was not problematic to me . Hence why I only chased the order up after 1 week. Currently still not have installed the products as yet due to building delays. I will use you again as was excellent customer service over the phone.”

“The advisor wrote my contact details down wrongly which meant I did not receive confirmation of order nor contact from the supplier re a delivery slot but this was addressed quickly, when I called back to chase it. The advisor was helpful, though I do feel I had to chase them rather than being contacted with updates such as the time slot for delivery. I was told to call back in the morning for these details. Not a massive issue, but this is the reason for the 4*’s. Otherwise it would’ve been 5*’s. The items arrived on the date expected without damage. The ‘direct’ item was a two person delivery, yet the supplier sent it on a one person van. This is an observation around H&S that Rubberduck may wish to address with suppliers they use and has not affected my rating. All in all a good service and I will use this company again. I would recommend this company to friends.”

“The product (Neptune 250 - White Chrome Strip) looks great however there are two problems. The product is susceptible to splitting, marking, getting damaged - you have to be very careful. I have had two orders and both were damaged when delivered. The first was replaced, the second I had a bit left over so could place the damaged bits.”

“The shower enclosure we purchased was exactly as expected with very high quality and design. It was despatched on time and our installer fitted it very easily. However, the kerbside delivery was not at all satisfactory and, although we thankfully did not have any issues with the delivered goods, the 24-hour damage reporting policy is unreasonable.”

Good Afternoon Honami, Thanks for taking the time to compliment us on our service! We happen to agree with you to a point - we'd love to be able to extend that timeframe as much as possible. The unfortunate reality is that these policies are enforced on Rubberduck Bathrooms by the manufacturers and suppliers that we connect to. If we don't file a claim with the companies that cause the damage within the first 24-48 hours, it's us that has to pay for a brand new item as well as the damaged item that arrived too! The complexities and cost implications of supply chains are often overlooked these days, as people look to compare small family companies against multi-billion pound organisations such as Amazon. “Rubberduck Bathrooms themselves are great but they need to change their delivery company. APC Delivery would not leave the package in the garage as instructed, nor communicate with me at any time via email, text, phone or even leave a card saying they had attempted delivery. Once I contacted Rubberduck to ask about the status of the delivery, it was quickly rearranged by RB B. However APC Delivery delivered it a day early without warning. Luckily someone was in! APC Delivery could be so much better.”

“The call service is good, the guy I spoke with was Very Helpful so I spent more than I might hav. The towel rad was good quality but the pipe tails were found suspect. They are straight when plumber and I thought they should be tapered. They leaked several times under pressure as fail to fully tighten. It cost hours of extra time & 'hoping' its now sealed. So like the Company but issue with product Thanks”

“Quality product a few pieces broken in transit, bit nothing i cant work around. If the product is so fragile it could do with better packaging or a different delivery company, who would be more delicate with it.”
