“Delivery very quick, but I had no notification that it was coming. I was unhappy with the company delivering as it came on a van with only a driver who struggled to manoeuvre the shower tray a few feet to my garage as it was so heavy, I was afraid that he may damage it. The tray was also stood on its side in the van, and the driver left it on its side in my garage, there is a clear label on it saying that it must be stored flat. I have not been able to check the tray properly as I am on my own and can’t move it to check it so I am hoping that when the plumber comes it is ok. The product was a good price , but I cannot comment on the quality as it has not been fitted yet.”

Good Morning Avril, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback here. Looking across the order info, we can see a dispatch notification with a delivery ETA of the following day was sent across a few hours after placing your order. Sometimes these emails can filter into the spam folder, however. To help make customers aware, we do mention in the info displayed across the website pre-sale and in the dispatch emails sent post-sale, that deliveries are kerbside only. As such an able-bodied person needs to be on-site at the point of delivery. Thanks again for the feedback Avril, we hope your bathroom looks great when finished! “We are refurbishing a bathroom and an en-suite. Initially we went into the Redcar showroom to purchase shower trays and screens, which we accomplished successfully and these were delivered inside 48 hours. At the time we were asked if we would allow them to quote for the rest of the sanitaryware etc that we required which we were happy to do so. We sent a list in, but as we hadn't heard anything 2 weeks later, I chased them up. I was told it was being worked on and they were waiting for a couple of prices from manufacturers. 3 weeks went by and still nothing so another call. I was told that there had been a lot of staff illness and they hadn't had the resources to respond properly but they would get the quotation to me within 24 hours. It duly arrived but there were a few items which were not as we specified. I called the showroom and spoke to a lady called Hannah Lowery and she was absolutely first class. Within 24 hours and a few phone calls she had sorted everything to our satisfaction and the order was placed. We subsequently added a few accessories to the order and nothing was too much trouble. Delivery was again pretty speedy and no discrepancies. Very satisfied with what has been supplied and the pricing. ASK FOR HANNAH”

“Fantastic service from sales and despatch, let down by the couriers who lost he first pack then damaged the second but rubberduck were great and changed delivery agents to palletlines who safely delivered the third one in good order and time.”

“Great product but came with a chip. Photos and complaint sent but no response from company Update - after getting in contact with the team and providing proof of damage they immediately sent out replacement. This was over the standard time period but given the situation they were understanding and provided a solution for me. Now service matches the product which should last a long time relative to normal mdf panels.”

“Ordered the Pegler Jeroni Swan kitchen taps; I'm very impressed with the function and quality of the taps at a very competitive price compared to some of the more expensive brands. Can't fault the delivery time and packaging and the little rubber duck was a welcome addition.”

“We bought the Neptune 200 - White & Chrome Flat Panel for our bathroom ceiling. It is of great value and good quality. We had to wait a few days before the delivery was confirmed, but this didn't impact our programme. The installation went well, except a couple of the trims were difficult to click in but we suspect it was mostly due to our ceiling and walls not being very flush and a bit out of level. The finished result is great and a much better option than paint which we had before.”
