Good morning Martin, We're sorry to hear you were left a little disappointed with your order. The item purchased was a furniture pack with several options on toilet pan/seat, basin orientation, colour etc. This allows customers to build the unit to their desired specification. When building your unit it would appear you had selected 'Not Required' from the drop down menu on those parts. It's great to see the team were on hand to assist and another order was placed with the pan and seat going out to you asap. If you need anything else at all you know where we are!
