“The ordering process was straightforward. Delivery was rapid. The only issue I have is that you are expected to check all the goods within 24 hours of delivery. This is simply not possible in a commercial setting. Some of the ends of the ceiling panels are damaged. Ok, we can trim them or cover with an end strip, but still, I'd expect them to arrive undamaged if packaging was sufficient.”

Good morning, We're very sorry to hear about the issues faced with your delivery. We bring these items in to us and apply extra packing in the way of heavy cardboard edge protection and plastic wrap to ensure that extra protection remains in place during transit. We have a very high success rate on all items sent from our team. The damage reporting window offered by most couriers limits what we can do on that front. We do listen and learn from customer feedback and we use extra packaging during periods of high demand. Again, we're sorry you've not had the normal Rubberduck experience here. “Mine was a large order and took weeks to complete. Of course, one wouldn’t expect everything to go smoothly. But through all the stages of choosing, purchasing, delivery, reordering etc, Connor and Jamie were always very friendly, kind and professional. They had to get a Christmas card each from me and I’ve got three beautiful bathrooms and a stunning guest loo. What more could I ask for? I will be using their services again of course .”
