“My plumber advised me to get the ceiling post for use when replacing the shower screen. Placed the order and received the part a day later, very impressed. Have not fitted the part yet, but it is shiny stainless steel and looks very robust. Just what I needed. Good job guys.”

“Ordered shower panels and the delivery was sent on the day agreed - I was told I'd get a good hour or two's notice, but it turned up at 07:30hrs. That was okay but the delivery bloke dropped the stuff off, left in a hurry without me checking and signing any paperwork - as it turned out the panels were wrong! I phoned the office and they did act swiftly to chase up and correct error, but the replacement panels came 5 days later. All in all, not great.”

“Great tap, quick delivery . Only improvement i would say is the delivery timeframe information on the journey is a bit inconsistent and vague. It came quickly in the end though”

“Good, speedy delivery and a reasonable price - very happy with my taps. *It's a shame next day cut off is a bit early and it's not clear on check-out when delivery will be made, but could find the answer in the FAQs. Clear information and product detail easy to find on the website as I needed a tap for low water pressure. Thanks!”
