“Wide choice of shower enclosures. When the breakage of delicate parts occurred, they were immediately replaced. When we returned some components as redundant, as the existing installation was still satisfactory, they were taken back, but we are still waiting for the refund.”

“Returning customer and very pleased once more. I first called them to ask if they had the shower screen that I wanted in stock, unlike another company I ordered that had it from 6 weeks earlier on an (8 day delivery), but still no sign of it. I cancelled the failed supply and ordered with Rubberduck. It was despatched the next day and received the day after. It came on a pallet, extremly well packaged and undamaged. Superb service”

“Love this shower. Unlike other showers ive purchased this came with a fitting kit included and it also matched the colour of the brass perfectly. This is a nightmare when a coloured shoulder doesnt come with fitting kit included. Id Recommend”

“Ordered a toilet seat which arrived as scheduled. It was of high quality however I had to return the seat as not suitable for my use. The whole return process was easy. On receipt and inspection, the company issued the refund within 14 days. I would recommend this company to others.”

“Totaly useless. Ordered with 24hr delivery. It arrived TWO WEEKS later. Was told this was due to postal strikes even though my post arrived each and every day and I checked with them each day. By the time it finally arrived the I had ordered the stuff on amazon and the job had been done for a week.”

Good Morning Carl, We're sorry you didn't receive the small box of screws and washers next day as normal. As you can quite clearly see from the tracking links provided, your items were dispatched using Royal Mail on a next day service only a few hours after you placed your order with us. While we pay for a next day service, it's unfortunate that we can't force the poor posties off the picket line to deliver your £12 box of screws. This may come at an inconvenience to customers and us who are trying to deliver a good service to all our valued customers. That being said, we hope those that need to strike go on to earn a liveable wage and get what they require to provide for their families this Christmas and moving forward in the new year too. Good morning Matthew, We're very sorry to hear you've had damage to a recent order. We haven't had any feedback to suggest any problems with your delivery until reading your review this morning. If we had been notified of an issue with delivery, we could have dispatched free of charge replacements to arrive on a next day service. Typically, we don't see many damages reported on the products that we send out. We are aware that during times of increased demand on courier networks, damages do occur a little more often. We do listen and learn from customer feedback, and we now use extra packaging during those busier periods. Again, we're sorry you've not had the normal Rubberduck experience Matthew.
