“So impressed with how quick my order came. I ordered a flawless makeup trimmer in purple as I struggled to find it anywhere else. It said delivery would be up to 5 days but came in 2 which was great as it was a last minute birthday present!”

“I had been looking for a lawn edger with extended handles all over the place and eventually found one at Roys of Wroxham, I am over 6' 2" so didn't want any with short standard handles. I needed to add an item to get free delivery, I chose another item (in stock) which did this. It turned out that it wasn't in stock due to a stock error. Roys sent the edger anyway with no delivery charge and very fast delivery. I would definitely use them again, their service was second to none..”

“My only criticism is that I wasn’t able to purchase two sets of cutlery, I can understand limiting compost or things like that, but cutlery sets!!!! I love the cutlery set but it’s only for four and it would be good to have more. The service was amazing and I got my order the following day, a lovely surprise.”
