“I am still waiting for my delivery a week later. The delivery company apparently can’t carry such a heavy item and wanted me to help with this! Allegedly it is going to arrive on a 2 person delivery this afternoon. If it doesn’t I’ll be requesting a refund! The pool chemicals that arrived were badly packed and the chlorine tablets had fallen out into the box. I breathed in the dust which made me feel unwell. Not planning to order from Roys again I’m afraid, definitely need to review the delivery company.”

“I had been seeking a Joules Rugby Shirt and stumbled on the Roys Website by accident and delighted that what I wanted was an item that your firm had for sale and ordered online. I initially had ordered a size XL which drowned me and had to reorder a Large instead and there was no problem at all in changing my transaction. “Made an order for a Bestway swimming pool. Great service as the product was a fantastic price and was dispatched promptly with regular tracking updates. Arrived in perfect condition and all complete. Now have a very happy family swimming/playing for the summer.
