“Excellent service 2nd to none! I ordered a pool it arrived within 5 working days, and this was in the midst of the Covid19 situation. I live in Devon, however Roys were recommended by a freind up North who has purchased a pool from them. In my opinion if all stores provided a service like I received from Roys the UK would be a better place to purchase goods! Thanks again!”

“It was good when we took it out the box. However my grandchild used it once and unfortunately a big tear has appeared in the bottom bigger than the patch that came with it. It can no longer be used. The actual pool itself arrived as stated so happy with that.”

“Ordered a pool from Roy’s. Wasn’t sure at first as I had never heard of them and had come across a few bogus sites, but I did a bit of investigating so knew they were legit. The pool was a great price compared to other merchants. Delivery was quick, especially given the extreme circumstances of Covid-19. I emailed Roy’s to ask a question about the delivery and they were very quick to respond. On top of that they offer free delivery of you spend over a certain amount. I was so pleased I ordered the pool cover from there afterwards, despite it being a little more expensive than eBay... Again it was delivered super quick and I received delivery updates along the way. I will always check Roy’s first before ordering from anywhere else.”
