“I purchased a gift of 2 items of clothing as a gift for my friend who lives in Mundesley Norfolk. She received those items in the time suggested by you as to when they would arrive. Unfortunately I had ordered the sizes incorrectly ,but she promptly contacted you and made arrangement to exchange those items in Nth Walsham .
