“APPALING customer service. Goods not received & despite numerous emails ... not one response. I will be taking further action to recover the £40 I am now out of pocket. Shame on you Roys”

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. As previously said in emails to you, DHL have not had any scans of your parcel since the 16th. We had opened a case regarding your parcel and yet still to hear their response. As requested we have refunded your order in the meantime and asked DHL to return the parcel to us if found.
