“Excellent service. Bought a jumper that was delivered quickly. Unfortunately it was too big so I ordered a smaller one. This also arrived quickly and then so did the refund for the first jumper that was too large.”

“Loved Joules Chatsworth Green Heritage Long Diamond Quilted Coat, fitted really well; it is light, warm, and covers the curves. This jacket is discontinued; I am glad I found my size.”

“When I had a query regarding a click and collect order, it was so good to be able to phone the store directly and speak to someone in the actual department (Toys) I had made the purchase from. The member of staff also answered the call very quickly and was very helpful.”
