“Just a short note to respond to the handling of a recent issue reference an incorrect item being delivered. Firstly I always do appreciate that companies dealing with shipping goods will have difficulties at some time. My view has always been it is how they handle the issue that is the differentiator. I am very happy to say Roy’s were excellent. Very impressed with a lovely lady named Jo who handled my call and provided a first class experience in handling an issue for a customer. It is always pleasing to come across someone who is customer focussed and understands the issue speedily and clearly. This was a good experience even if I did not get my product. Happy to recommend and shop at Roy’s again.”

“Re order #000063260. Lego sonic the hedgehog speed sphere challenge. Happy with the delivery time scale but not happy with the delivery packaging. The item was in a plastic pouch so the cardboard box was crushed on all sides. It is a Christmas present! ☹️”
