“I ordered a new blender last week and when it arrived it was clear it was a used item as it had mouldy food on the cable, damaged packaging, a creased instruction manual and had marks on some of the parts. I sent an email but have yet to receive a response. Poor service all round.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. In regards to this we replied to your email on the 18th of March. The email said: Good afternoon, Thank you for your email. We are terribly sorry to see your order has arrived in this condition. We would like to offer an exchange of this item where our courier will do a “swap-out” this is where they collect the item you have and deliver a brand new one out to you at the same time. We can do this for as soon as tomorrow if this is suitable? We look forward to hearing from you. However we never received a reply. Of course we can still arrange this swap out if you would like us to do so. Kind regards Roys Customer Service Team
