“Ordered a mini greenhouse and a part was missing. I emailed with details and got a reply the following day. The part couldn’t be sent so I was refunded. The only reason I haven’t rated excellent is because box should have been checked before despatch. Can’t fault customer service”

“I am so pleased to find Roys of Wroxham. They genuinely had the item in stock unlike John Lewis who took my order and two days later cancelled it due to an “internal checks” issue. RoW was competitively priced and when the item turned up promptly it was packaged perfectly and had zero damage. I will 100% use them first before any other company. Thank you so much for an efficient service.”
