“I ordered two kneeling stools, the second for my son, his arrived in a used condition. It was badly scratched and had soil and leaves inside the inner legs. As he opened it on his sofa, dirt and leaves fell on the seating. He rang you several times and sent photos but to no avail. Disappointing.”
