“The item I purchased arrived on time and was well packed so no damage. I’m really pleased with my crockpot slow cooker, just the rights size at 2.4 ltrs. Perfect for smaller sized stews!”

“I ordered a dress from Roys which came very promptly. Unfortunately it didn't fit me so I had to return it. However, I was very impressed with how quickly I was emailed about my return and how quickly they credited the money back to my account. Excellent service”

“Excellent store! The kettle was wrapped up and well insulated from possible knocks. It was at a competitive price and delivery was next day by DHL....(IMO the best couriers around). DHL by the way, inform you of delivery within a 1 hr margin on the day, then send an email or text when you are the next delivery - fantastic service. I checked the stock level of this product by calling Roys who were able to give me an accurate answer in a professional way. I will certainly make Roys my first port of call in the future. Excellent service from a top retailer.”
