“Your service was excellent cannot fault you thankyou. Did have a vileder but had had it for years and the sponge had come out the holder but due to lock down couldn’t get a replacement best mops ever”

“Placed an order gave the correct delivery address however items delivered to wrong address. According to courier Roy’s Wroxham were to blame. To be fair they refunded me immediately and said I could re order goods tried twice to re order but the website kept saying goods were out of stock, even though Roys said otherwise. They were quick to respond to emails but after the problems I had I gave up and ordered elsewhere. I understand it’s a busy time and mistakes happen but I thought it could of been handled differently. For example there was no need to refund me as I still wanted the goods. If as they say the goods were still in stock they could of just re sent the goods out without the need for me to reorder.”

“Great value and reasonable postage costs. Ordered a friday and was here by monday . Only trouble was my order was split into 2 shipments for some reason.. only purchased a board game hammer beads and swing ball . One item turned up Monday and the rest on tuesday. Thought it was a waste of DHL time to come out twice especially in this virus outbreak. Sending that chap out twice in 2 days . I would have happily waited an extra day for it all to come together !”
