“Both saute pans were damaged, one very badly so. Since they had no original packaging, it is clear these were previous returns. Roys asked for photos then agreed to swap these out. Next day was told all the replacements for one of the pans were damaged, so they would swap out one and refund the other but they would be collected at different times. Since I only had one set of packaging, I requested that they collect both together and refund my money. I am still awaiting collection. Knowingly sending out faulty goods is a disgrace and they have no empathy with the customer. I will never deal with Roys again. I just hope I get my money back!”
