“ordereding and customer service at Ross Handling is excellent and normally trouble free, however my last order was delivered a week later than expected. Although the parcel was dispatched in time the courier DPD made 3 so called failed attempts to deliver. On one attempt I saw the driver look at our building chuck the parcel back in the van and drive off, making no attempt to properly locate us. Unfortunately the delivery service has let you down this time. I did conatct Ross Handling chat line which was excellent and sorted the problem out for me with no issues.”
