“The castors that I ordered came the next day even though it was very close to the order cut off time of 2pm for next day delivery. The castors are very solid and although I've not used them yet I'm sure that they will do the job.”

“I needed a new wheelbarrow wheel and had no idea where to start looking. My local garden centre couldn't help and a Google search showed Ross Handling as a likely place to find what I wanted. A very helpful YouTube video and going back and measuring up the wheel meant that I could order an exact replacement for my stable yard wheelbarrow. It arrived earlier than expected, well packaged and undamaged and is now fitted and making my life a lot easier than using a friend's barrow.”

“The part I wanted was not in stock and would not be for some time. A similar lesser part was in stock (according to the website so I ordered that instead) Only to find it was not in stock and on a three week lead time so that was cancelled. They did find me a sort of similar part, though this is far from ideal and now means I have spend money (more than the part cost) getting other parts modified to match it. Pity they did not have the stock in the first place.”
