“Had just the wheels we needed to replace the worn out ones on our wheelchair. Also noticed they had walking stick ends. We'd bought from Ross in the past and had good advice, so went back to them without looking anywhere else.”

“Great service , let down this time by DPD . Ordered on a Friday and paid for next day delivery. Fully understood it would be sent out on the Monday for Tuesday delivery. Not being delivered until 6 30 pm is no help when the job has to go out asap.”

“I came across Ross Handling while looking for some good quality nylon wheels to replace some others that did not last very long. Ross had some much sturdier wheel so I purchased 2 to use as a trial and so far so good. The quality is excellent and delivery was quick and on time. I will be using them again in the future.”

“What attracted me to Ross Handling was their having a mix of connecting parts (tubes and connectors) that would be compatible with each other (although I think their website could have made more of this - for example, would "25.4mm" inserts be compatible with 25mm tube?). A wider range would have been a bonus (such as including bridge plates and outer-sleeve-type connectors). I was pleased with the delivery of my order. I would have gone for a longer delivery time if this had meant a cheaper delivery cost. The products appear to be excellent apart from the tube-cutting jig which was a bit disappointing because it had a wide saw slot and its plastic was not that tough). I would use the company again.”
