“Very quick reply to my query and very prompt and reliable deivery. However the items were not 100% suitable since the fixed screw on the castors was too long for the substrate. I had thought this would have been clear from the text of my query, but I have never had to fit castors before, so maybe not. However I have managed to get around the problem by packing up with old tap washers! So overall a success. On the photo online I could see the length of the screw, but not that it was fixed.”

“Looking for castors to replace some that were old and falling apart, I found Ross Handling via a Google search, amongst other suppliers. Comparing suppliers, they weren't the cheapest but were still reasonably priced and more importantly, the products looked of a significantly higher quality than several online retailers. The ordering process was easy and within a couple of business days, the order was delivered by DPD, well-packaged and within the stated delivery ETA. The items were perfect for the job and I would certainly use Ross Handling again in future.”
