I needed a new wheelbarrow wheel and had no idea where to start looking. My local garden centre couldn't help and a Google search showed Ross Handling as a likely place to find what I wanted. A very helpful YouTube video and going back and measuring up the wheel meant that I could order an exact replacement for my stable yard wheelbarrow. It arrived earlier than expected, well packaged and undamaged and is now fitted and making my life a lot easier than using a friend's barrow.

The part I wanted was not in stock and would not be for some time. A similar lesser part was in stock (according to the website so I ordered that instead) Only to find it was not in stock and on a three week lead time so that was cancelled. They did find me a sort of similar part, though this is far from ideal and now means I have spend money (more than the part cost) getting other parts modified to match it. Pity they did not have the stock in the first place.

The pair of 200mm swivel wheels are the best decision I have made for my lawn tennis wheeled cart and also my back. My cart now rolls like a rolls-royce. I strongly recommend Ross Handling Ltd. your wheel accessories.

I'm very happy with the product and Ross handling dispatched it rapidly which was great. My experience was marred however, by the complete failure of dpd to deliver the item. They made one half-hearted and failed attempt to deliver it and then left it at a parcel shop 10 miles away in Crawley . Telling me that if the if they had repeatedly failed to deliver it, they were allowed to do this by the sender. They had not repeatedly tried to deliver it just once. This is not the first time I have had trouble with dpd who completely failed to find us unlike every other courier in Britain. I would strongly suggest that you change your courrier but thank you for your service. It was otherwise fine.

What after service. I went to them as they looked like the main dealer in the UK. They sell products and don't know anything about the manufacture accessories sold for it. I got a reply 5 months later and said they could get it. They happily gave me a price, but couldn't tell me the contents of what I was going to buy. I have upated this from 1 star as I now have the inforamation I required & will order next summer
