“Very big range it gets sometime to get used finding just the right wheel or caster you need.But they are all there the customer service were very useful in answering my query.The postage charges for small non urgent items are higher than most.”

“I misled myself into ordering 16 castors instead of four! The castors are perfectly nice but they are plastic, which I don't like. I also think the tray should perhaps be wider. The purchase and delivery process was extremely smooth and efficient. I query why an expensive outfit like FedEx needs to be employed to make simple deliveries what's wrong with the post office?”

“I needed several sets of new castors for old furniture after refurbishing a bedroom. There's a comprehensive range of castors on this company's website. Delivery was quick, prices seemed competitive. I had one problem, mainly self inflicted. among my purchases were a set of 4 simple "peg & socket" wheel castors. I assumed the sockets came with the wheels (as they do in sets at Homebase etc) but they didnt. I note that the site now clarifies this by showing sockets immediately beneath the associated wheels but I dont believe that was the case when I purchased.”

“Wheelbarrow wheel Tech Spec dimensions not quite right. Wheel width defined as 100mm but was actually 70mm. However this was not a problem as it fitted perfectly and worked fine but caused some angst over whether it would fit.”

“Ross Handling have an excellent range of Castors, and their Website was easy to navigate and had plenty of Product information so I was able to find what I needed. Ordered 4 new castors for my daughters ladybird walker, as one had broken, and unable to source exact match anywhere. Products arrived promptly on TNT Next-day service for my items. Items arrived well packaged and in good condition. Items were of a high build quality and seem fit for purpose. Minus one star as I felt the courier charges were excessive for the size of the order (was over £7 for next day - and goods order value was less than £10).”

“Goods were delivered pretty quickly, however, the promised tracking information did not materialise. One item was missing but was promptly delivered next day after one phone call to customer services. So overall, service was good. Pleased with the castors as well even if the nuts and bolts suggested by the website were not needed at all.”
