“Correction to my last review: the company contacted me to explain that the FedEx delivery driver had had difficulty finding my house (not sure why, it's not difficult to find), and had taken steps - very quickly - to remedy the situation. I received my order within a couple of hours. Good customer service.”

“Order was processed and arrived promptly. However, packaging (polythene bag) was damaged and, out of 3 items ordered, one was missing (small split pins which presumably fell out of torn packaging). The other items were more bulky, and still in the outer package. More robust packaging might be advisable? The pins are of very low value, so I've not pursued this with Ross Castors.”

“Service ok tried to apply for a further discount for the amateur theatre group I am working for but no luck but worth a try. But then having made the purchase the very next day I get an email offering a 5% discount on my next order that hurt. This was a one of purchase.”

“very pleased with delivery and quality. Its a good job I noticed they were covered in a black greasy substance and black paint flakes before I put them on my cream carpet! It all came off with copious paper towels though and look great.”

“I found what I wanted on the site. There was a problem with delivery due to the courier not Ross.Without that problem they would have got 5 stars. The team at Ross handled that speedily and efficiently.”
