“very pleased with delivery and quality. Its a good job I noticed they were covered in a black greasy substance and black paint flakes before I put them on my cream carpet! It all came off with copious paper towels though and look great.”

“Being unable to find replacement components for a bed I then looked for materials to fix it myself. Ross had the right sort of items at reasonable prices. Delivery was quickly effected and work is now under way at a potentially much reduced cost.”

“Mine was a very small order by comparison with most (I suspect). But was dealt with efficiently; the casters arrived the following day. They look good and will in due course be fitted to a new Nave Table for our church. Accordingly, I cannot say yet how they will work, but they are what I had expected - thank you. One very small point, do check before sending out that components are fully assembled; I had to press home one of the brake assemblies. It seems to be working correctly now.”

“The service was very good but unfortunately I chose too large a tyre - 400mm- when it should have been 330mm with 90mm width, I have found it impossible to source a pneumatic wheelbarrow tyre of the required size but this was my mistake. Shelly Summers”
