“One would have to be a complete idiot if negotiating the web site was a problem. Prices were a little high for small quantities but understandably so. Delivery was as promised but no tracking number given for Fedex deliveries so the on the day time slot was not available meaning a lot of hanging about. I sent an email to the sales team regarding return of some items but three days later no reply. The rest if their on line information was fine.”

“The only problem we encountered was that you specify WHEEL sizes in your on line site so we ordered a unit based on the actual wheel size ie.220mm of our barrow. what we received was a 220mm overall tyre size. we have returned this and are now awaiting the correct size ie. 350mm overall tyre size.Perhaps you could make your online advert a bit clearer sizewise. regards H.Abbott”

“Very good product and very quick service. Would have liked option of 1st class post as post by Fed ex was the only option and was more expensive than the item itself. Can't fault the service though.”

“Good product next day delivery at a sensible price not at all a bad website. I didn't receive an email with tracking number but Ross responded quickly to send me that and assured me it had been sent, suggesting it might be in a junk folder but if it is I can't find it.”
