“Product and service were very good but dimension diagram of the item was incorrect and I had to get a sales team member to physically measure the item to ensure the size was correct. Hopefully that will be amended shortly. Otherwise very good product.”

“Easily found and ordered the correct set of replacement wheels for a pallet truck. I was informed that there were none in stock and were awaiting a deliver soon. I was happy to wait and the wheels arrived a few weeks later. Good quality and perfect fit. Information on the website regarding the dimensions very comprehensive.”

“Not sure that I can be exuberantly appreciative over a couple of sack truck wheels........but they arrived soon enough etc. My only issue is that we are unable to get any spare bearings for them hence not giving a 5 star review - sorry!!”

“Eventually, it was very good service. Trying to buy a wheel for my wheelbarrow, I couldn't find correct size. Contacted Ross buy email and got immediate reply with correct size. However, on trying to purchase the wheel on line, I found I couldn't do this as I wasn't able too as I wasn't a company. So had to buy it over the phone with the help of a very helpful lady. Very odd not being able to complete a purchase as an individual!”

“It was probably my mistake but I didn't realise that there were no small screws included in the castors I bought. A large screw is but with the old chair I had, I needed to have the four small screws. Having said that, not too hard to get hold of and the delivery was fast and all good.”

“I ordered a couple of pallet truc wheels, they took longer than expected, I wasnt told about the 4 week delay in sending them until the following day a bit dasapointed, but they are here now and look good.”

“Found exactly what I needed - same make of replacement wheelbarrow wheel. Arrived quickly & easy to fit. Only slight problem was paying via Applepay or PayPal on website - had to put full card details in.”

“Tyre and tube arrived but tyre valve was missing. Reason for 4 star. Delivery from DPD was not good as they said they tried to deliver but not true as my CCTV confirms. We had to make a special journey to collect from pickup point and asked for a refund for delivery. Ross Handling were prompt with a refund so thank you to them.”

“Barrow axle turned out to be 25mm too long, because I wasn't sure where to measure the old one , ie from the start of the threads, or the length of the whole thing. Lesson learned for next time”
